Can you tell me a little bit about your program?

We have a comprehensive program that encourages a sensible low-fat diet, portion control, a regular exercise program, and we do have various time-tested prescription appetite suppressant medications.

The combination of diet, exercise and the use of appetite suppressants is very effective by following our program people can not only lose weight but, best of

all, they can develop new habits that allow them to keep the weight off.

You will see the physician and receive individual medical attention at every visit.

Usually visits are once per month, but you are welcome to check in anytime

throughout the month at no extra charge.

What happens on the first visit?

People fill out a medical history and see the physician for a brief physical. The doctor will go over the points of the program with you and answer any questions you may have.

How much weight can I lose per month?

People are all different and lose at different rates. It all depends on how much weight you are trying to lose, if you are paying attention to the program, whether or not you are able to exercise, and various other factors.
However, as a general rule people can expect to lose around 2 pounds per week. This is a safe and reasonable rate at which to lose extra weight.

How long is the visit?

The first visit usually take about half an hour. Return visits are brief, generally only a few minutes.

What medications do you use?

Primarily we use Phendimetrazine, Phentermine, and Diethylpropion. These are
all prescription appetite-suppressant medications that have been used safely and effectively for over fifty years. The doctor will discuss the medications with you and together you will decide which one may be right for you.

How much does it cost?

The cost of the program is generally either $90 or $110 per month, depending on the medications you will be taking. This price includes a four week supply of the the medications. There are no hidden fees or extras to buy.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Our services are provided on a month-by-month basis. There is no contract to sign and no time commitment. We are here to help you. How long you come is up to you.

You are welcome to come in and see what we have to say. If you would like to go

ahead with the program, great! If not, there will be no charge for your visit.

How can I make an appointment?

No appointment necessary!  Just come on in anytime we are open.

If you have additional questions or need more information....

Please give us a call. If we are not in, please leave a message and we will return your call. We check our messages daily.

Yes Y
ou Can!

Nothing positive comes out of treating yourself badly. Criticism and embarrassment are not part of our program. It is our mission to inspire and encourage you.

We know that changing your lifestyle and controlling your weight is a process that takes time. Like turning a ship in the ocean, it takes time for life’s course to change. But you can control your life, and you can change directions.

Take Action!

Many a good intention has fallen by the wayside due to a lack of follow through. An important key to reaching any goal is taking action. We may not always know the way or the perfect answers to begin with, but we need to start. Taking no steps, and doing nothing, leads nowhere.

So decide. Decide that you are going to start. Right now. Take action. Buy a cookbook. Call a

friend. Do some research. Start a walking program. Throw away your frying pan. Read a book.

Make an appointment with a nutritionist. Listen to a self-help tape. Do something. Just start.

Rome wasn't built in a day, and a ship on the ocean doesn't make a course change instantaneously, so don't expect to reach your goals immediately. Just start heading in that direction.

You have the rest of your life to get where you are going and learn how to stay there. You just need to get started and keep at it.

     Ready? Let’s go!
